  • Why: Our very dear friend Keith Hair (Daddy Rabbit) is in need of the OHV Community as he and his family need our support, thoughts, and prayers. The following update is from his wife Deborha.
  • "Prayer Request Update: Vanderbuilt called & according to all of Keith Hair's tests results it is highly likely it is the Interstitial Fibrosis. As soon as they have an opening we are to go talk with the Vanderbuilt Drs in regard to treatment. He was told there are two options...Clinical Trial or Lung Transplant. Please continue to pray--as it is obvious--we have difficult decisions to make. We need God's wisdom to be evident.
  • All donations will go directly to the Hair family. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

2011 WATVC Members Christmas Party

  • Pot Luck - Drinks and Meat provided by the Club
  • Dirty Santa Exchange - Each person playing must bring a gift. If you are bringing children, please bring a child's gift.
  • Deadline to submit RSVP with the number of family (living in the same house) attending the party is November 27th.

2011 Membership Appreciation Day

We will be hosting our "Members Appreciation Day" on Saturday, September 17, 2011. Coal Creek has once again opened up the Events Area for us to have fun with. We have booked Heatherly Catering for our meal. We will be having Pulled Pork barbecue sandwiches, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with homemade chili. All the toppings and 3 side items - Baked beans, Cole slaw and potato chips. There will also be assorted types of cookies. We would also like for our members to bring a dessert to share with our members.

Don't forget about the auction.... We hope to have several things donated to auction off again this year. If you have things you would like to donate, we encourge you to bring them.

The meal will be served at 5:00 pm and the auction to begin shortly following the meal. More details will be posted as they develop. All members will be sent an email or an "evite" to let us know how many family members you will be bringing. (We need numbers to know how many folks to cook for.) So make plans now to attend and bring your family out to enjoy the day.

The Trail Head is located at the base of WIndrock Mountain and may be accessed from Windrock Road.
The Events Area is located at the Windrock Park Campground and may be accessed from Windrock Road or Connector Trail.
Driver's meetings will be held 30 minutes prior to each competitive event.
